Trump’s Border Czar Warns Sanctuary Cities of Legal Consequences for Noncompliance
“They need to be aware… impeding a federal law enforcement officer is a crime. If you knowingly harbor or conceal an illegal alien from ICE, that’s a crime,” Homan said in a recent interview with Just the News. “So don’t cross that line!”
Homan, tasked with coordinating Trump’s border security initiatives starting Jan. 20, stated plans to prioritize deportations, particularly of individuals accused or convicted of crimes. Trump’s administration aims to address what they estimate as over 14 million illegal border crossings during the Biden presidency.
Sanctuary jurisdictions, like Los Angeles, which recently reaffirmed its sanctuary city status, have vowed resistance. However, Homan underscored that federal immigration laws take precedence over state and local policies. “Federal law trumps state and local law every time,” he said.
Homan plans to request a formal opinion from Attorney General-designate Pam Bondi on whether jails refusing to cooperate with ICE violate federal law. Additionally, he advocates cutting federal funding for sanctuary cities and states, calling it a necessary disincentive.
Trump’s team also intends to revisit the “Remain in Mexico” policy, seeking cooperation from Mexico’s government to reduce asylum claims at the U.S. border. Homan expressed optimism but warned of tough negotiations if resistance persists.
Homan also vowed to address the disappearance of 30,000 unaccompanied migrant children under the Biden administration, acknowledging the likelihood of many being victims of trafficking or forced labor. “President Trump is committed to finding these kids. It’s going to be hard, but we need to save them.”

Trump border czar Tom Homan recently spoke to a crowd in blue Chicago and was met with cheers and applause as he described how deportations were going to start right there in the Windy City.
Homan was speaking at an event sponsored by a local law enforcement group and the audience may have leaned a bit to the right but you have to take the location into account. Chicago is not known for being a Republican stronghold.
Over the last year, there have been numerous videos showing inner city residents who are absolutely livid about illegal aliens being moved into their neighborhoods. There are plenty of people in the city who want what Homan is describing.

Incoming border czar Tom Homan showed up in Portage Park on Monday, swinging hard at both the city’s mayor and the Illinois governor, who have promised to fight his plans for mass deportation.
It was a raucous welcome from a loyal Republican crowd in one of Chicago’s most conservative wards.
The man charged with executing President-elect Donald Trump’s promise to crack down on illegal immigration repeated his plan for mass deportations in no uncertain terms.
“All that starts January 21, and we’re going to start right here in Chicago, Illinois,” Homan said.
“I love it. I love it. Bring it. People need to know that this is a country with laws, and we’re going to have order,” said Chicago GOP Chairman Chuck Hernandez.
Everyone in Chicago wants change, except for the status quo Democrats. Homan is going to bring it.

If the justice department gave it a true lawful meaning, then the subjects would have very little defense.
Everyone who conspires should be held and charged as an accomplice.

The Trump Administration Has to Ban the use of the CBPONE App as a way of admission into the United States. By using this app Illegals do not even have to have a face to face with border law enforcement, after the biden regime relaxed entry into the Country even more. The biden administrations complicit in the trafficking of people and drugs into the country illegally. And they should be charged as accessories to human trafficking.

I think that the biden régime should be held accountable for there part in the border crisis..and for heaven sake find those children. Thank full that biden didn’t get re elected. Look at the mess they leave behind.
