Trump Receives Second Nobel Prize Nomination For Kosovo-Serbia Deal
President Donald Trump has been nominated a second time for the Nobel Peace Prize by Magnus Jacobsson, a Swedish parliamentarian, who submitted his nomination letter on Friday citing a historic deal between Serbia and Kosovo.
“I have nominated the U.S. Gov. and the governments of Kosovo and Serbia for the Nobel Peace Prize for their joint work for peace and economic development, through the cooperation agreement signed in the White House. Trade and communications are important building blocks for peace,” he wrote.
The President was also nominated Wednesday for the Peace Prize by a Norwegian Parliamentarian following a historic peace accord brokered by his administration between the United Arab Emirates and Israel.
