The ‘Unimaginable Pain’ I’m Seeing in Uvalde, Texas
Sara reports from Uvalde, Texas, where 19 students and two teachers were murdered at an elementary school on Tuesday. She shares the anguish she has seen and heard from parents who lost their children and the guilt from those whose children survived. This is a very personal episode, as Sara addresses this horror from her perspective as a mother and pleads with people to take action when someone they love appears to be unravelling.

Sara’s Urgent Message: We Have A Country to Save & We Can’t Save It Without Your Help

At the end of every episode, Sara reminds us that each of us needs to stand up, speak out, and find others who will join us in the urgent work of protecting our most cherished freedoms, our precious children, and our very way of life. But what exactly does she mean by standing up and speaking out? What does that look like?
She’s thought about it a lot. And in the past week, she’s given speeches to very prominent groups in Texas and in Washington, D.C. The message is simple but urgent. Everyone must step up to save this nation, and, yes, that means you!
Sara shares how our veterans and Gold Star families have given so much to preserve this nation and how she watched members of our Armed Forces giving their last ounce of devotion to their brothers in uniform and the nation they love. We should never sit back and assume our military, some politicians, and prominent activists will fight all of our battles for us. Each of us has a voice and the freedom to speak out about what we believe and why it’s important. And we need every single like-minded voice to be part of this fight – not just in the weeks leading up to Election Day but every day of the year.
Our freedoms are under assault every day by people and groups who want to uproot the foundations of our great nation. They are not going to stop unless the silent majority becomes the unsilent majority and every single one of us speaks up for what we know is right.

My heart goes out to all those who have lost their loved ones. It will be an open wound for a very long time. However, politicizing the event is as painful as the event, itself! Grieve, honor the loss, always remember but do not allow the likes of Biden and his gun-grabbing goons take over the narrative! The perpetrator was obviously mentally ill and that should be enough to realize it was his mental illness that gave rise to this and, as a nation, we need to do better to help these people before they go off the deep end!
