The Left’s Soft On Crime Policies Are Ruining Communities

Published

on

The Illinois legislature seems more interested in protecting criminals than looking out for law-abiding citizens. The recently-passed legislation, backed by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and District Attorney Kim Fox, Orland Park, Illinois, Mayor Keith Pekau joins Sara to discuss why the “Safe-T” Act is so dangerous – from abolishing cash bail to allowing people accused of things like arson, kidnapping, or killing someone while driving drunk to be free until trial. Pekau also blasts the left for prioritizing politics over the safety of Illinois communities.

Sara also slam’s Joe Biden for his mishandling of the economy that is now forcing members of the U.S. Armed Forces to apply for food stamps to make ends meet. Those who swear to defend our nation with their lives deserve to be uplifted and honored, not relegated to government assistance.

Finally, Sara breaks down the story of a U.S. Border Patrol agent who was dragged 15 feet by a human trafficker attempting to flee arrest. Thanks to the open borders left, chaos reigns supreme at our nation’s southern border.

Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn joins Sara to discuss her grave concern over the rise of violent crime in her state and around the country and what she is doing in the U.S. Senate to put a stop to it. Saying that fighting crime should be a bipartisan effort, Blackburn explains how the “defund the police” movement emboldened criminals and weakened the confidence of police that they could do their jobs. She also says criminals need to serve time and not be freed just hours after committing violent offenses.

Blackburn also reacts to reports the Vanderbilt University was embracing transgender surgeries as a big moneymaker and personnel who objected on conscience grounds were told to work somewhere else.

In addition, Sara hammers the Justice Department for spending time and resources investigating allegations of white supremacy in video games and the Biden administration for making one of the president’s buddies rich by moving migrants around the country.
