On Twitter, Trump said, “After 3 1/2 years, our wonderful Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be leaving the White House at the end of the month and going home to the Great State of Arkansas. She is a very special person with extraordinary talents, who has done an incredible job! I hope she decides to run for Governor of Arkansas – she would be fantastic. Sarah, thank you for a job well done.”
I am blessed and forever grateful to @realDonaldTrump for the opportunity to serve and proud of everything he’s accomplished. I love the President and my job. The most important job I’ll ever have is being a mom to my kids and it’s time for us to go home. Thank you Mr. President! https://t.co/wHNnq06AMg

Trump acknowledged Sanders dedication, hard work and called her a “warrior” at the White House Second Chance event.
“This has been the honor of a lifetime … I couldn’t be prouder to have had the opportunity to serve my country and particularly, to work for this president,” she said.
According to several other current and former Trump administration officials, she will be missed.
One of the best decisions I made was asking @SarahHuckabee to serve as @WhiteHouse principal deputy @PressSec. She is hardworking, loyal, strategic & a true friend through thick & thin. She has been a tireless advocate for @POTUS @realDonaldTrump & this Administration’s policies
