As President Biden prepares to leave office, the border crisis that ensued under his administration has left a legacy of fear and anger as the American people have witnessed unimaginable crime and danger due to the historic number of criminal migrants who have entered the country illegally.
On a special edition of Hannity, Fox News contributor Sara Carter and incoming border enforcer Tom Homan discussed what the American people can expect as America transitions from Biden’s disastrous border policies to President-elect Donald Trump’s effective border policies that will protect America.
Homan explained that Biden has repeatedly been making misleading statements about the border crisis, but the facts don’t lie – the numbers of immigrants illegally crossing the border are at “historic highs.”
Thousands of illegal immigrants are being brought in through apps developed by the Biden administration, which have been used to abuse the system, Homan explained, while the administration did not take any steps to secure the border.
President-elect Donald Trump, on the other hand, will secure the border, Homan said.
“No one did it better than President Trump,” Homan said, recalling Trump’s first term in office.
Illegal border crossers were at their lowest levels under President Trump, Sara Carter added, noting that she has covered the border for twenty years and never saw the border as bad as it has been under President Biden.
Not only was the border dangerous for those who crossed it, the border crisis brought the danger of fentanyl to America as well, which has heartbroken family after family, in addition to the crimes that have been committed that have also taken the lives of numerous innocent Americans.
There are more than 320,000 children who are now missing because the Biden administration has lost track of them. With their whereabouts unknown, it is of grave concern that their lives could be in danger as numerous children could be under control of human traffickers.
“How many children have died on this treacherous journey to the United States?” Carter asked. “How many have been lost in our system?”
Homan vowed to rescue the children and save them from the devastating circumstances they can be living in right now.
To the Biden administration who has not made it a priority to help save these children, Homan said, “Shame on you for not wanting to find these children,” adding, “We’re going to give it everything we got” to find these children and save them.
