Ottawa Police to Protesters: ‘We will actively look to identify you’, impose ‘financial sanctions and criminal charges’
Information coming out of Canada regarding how the government and police force are handling the Freedom Convoy and its peaceful assembly is almost impossible to believe. The dictatorial and tyrannical behavior of a first world country that borders the United States just to our north is stripping rights from its citizens.
Not only has money from private citizens donating to the cause been frozen, emergency powers enacted and peaceful citizens arrested, but the police and government are working together. The official Twitter account of the Ottawa police reads more like speeches from tyrannical dictators.

Another one reads “DEMONSTRATORS: You must leave. You must cease further unlawful activity and immediately remove your vehicle and/or property from all unlawful protest sites. Anyone within the unlawful protest site may be arrested.”

Ottawa’s interim police chief Steve Bell actually stated over the weekend in a press conference, “If you are involved in this protest, we will actively look to identify you and follow up with financial sanctions and criminal charges.”
“This investigation will go on for months to come,” he continued. “It has many, many different streams both from a federal financial level, from a provincial licensing level, from a Criminal Code level, from a municipal breach of court order, breach of court injunction level.”
The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic sent a letter to CIA director William Burns discussing the CIA and a COVID-19 cover-up. The letter asserts that it has knowledge from a whistleblower from the CIA’s “Covid Discovery Team” that was tasked with investigating the origins of the novel coronavirus. “New testimony from a highly credibly whistleblower” alleges that the CIA “rewarded six analysts with significant financial incentives to change their COVID-19 origins conclusion from a lab-leak to zoonosis
Apart from a “lone officer” in the group who believed the virus “originated through zoonosis,” the remaining officials agreed that, on balance of probabilities, the coronavirus was likely the result of a lab-leak.
“According to the whistleblower, at the end of its review, six of the seven members of the Team believed the intelligence and science were sufficient to make a low confidence assessment that Covid-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China,” the letter reads. “To come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position.”
In June, the agency declassified its report that the available evidence on the origins of the coronavirus suggested it “was not genetically engineered.”

I am shocked that a country would treat it’s own people peaceful protestors this way. My opinion of what Canada stood for has totally changed. I will never look at this country the same again. So sad what has been done to these people.

How are all these threats by police lawful?? Maybe I am ignorant, but I thought Canadians had the freedom of assembly also. Here in the US we have the freedom of peaceful assembly. It’s amazing to me that they didn’t threaten BLM and ANTIFA with these same sanctions when they were burning and looting all over the world.

Cops are mentally ill nerds with a little brain not able to think by itself, submitting to whoever pays their uniforms and bullying whoever they are ordered to. The good, righteous cop is only a movie character… Cops are trained to be obeying not to be righteous… Cops are guilty, but even guiltier are those giving them the orders… ironically often elected in free elections by the bullied! Who didn’t show to have more brains than the cops…

Canadians immigrate to the USA. You are such a much better class of people than what is pouring through our southern border. We welcome you with open arms. Just flood across our northern border and you can make a new home here.
You will be free of your dictatorial Prime Minister and your traitorous Parliament. You can work on freeing Canada from here. His threat of seizing bank accounts here is a joke.The police will not run their horses over you, they will not beat you. At this time we still have freedom of speech.
