Sara Carter went around the streets to report directly on what the people of New York have to say about former President Donald Trump’s Manhattan lawsuit after the defense rested.
“New Yorkers are divided” says Carter. They are divided between “those who want him convicted but can’t explain what he is being convicted of, or if he will be convicted, to those who are concerned about the weaponization of our court system in America, and the politicization of our court systems.”
“It’s so obviously political it’s pathetic” one New Yorker said. “Obviously the judge is bias against Trump” he continued.
One woman said he “needs to pay the price for what he did” but when Carter pressed her and asked “what did he do?” she fumbled, incorrectly saying it was about “conspiracy lies he talked about.”
