New Filings in Durham Report say CIA Determined Trump-Russia Hoax Data was ‘User Created’

Former lawyer for Clinton’s 2016 campaign, Michael Sussman, is being charged with “falsely stating to the general counsel that he was not providing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client” when giving false information to the FBI about a tie between then-candidate Trump and a Russian bank with ties to the Kremlin.

New filings by Durham also show he also gave false information to the CIA, having told the agency he met with the FBI, but about something “unrelated.” The information Sussman provided to both federal agencies was provided by “Tech Executive 1” identified as Rodney Joffe.

The data was used to create “an inference” and “narrative” to try and tie Trump to Russia, added Durham. In his court filing Friday, Durham added the CIA had concluded that the data Sussman gave to them was “not technically plausible” and was “user created.”

The data, gathered by Joffe, was exploited “by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump” said Durham in February.

In his filing Friday, Durham wrote he believes the government expects to “adduce evidence at trial” that will reflect that the FBI and the CIA ‘concluded that the Russian Ban 1 allegations were untrue and unsupported.”

Additionally, Durham wrote:

“For example, while the FBI did not reach an ultimate conclusion regarding the data’s accuracy or whether it might have been in whole or in part genuine, spoofed, altered, or fabricated, Agency 2 concluded in early 2017 that the Russian Bank 1 data and Russian Phone Provider 1 data was not ‘technically plausible,’ did not ‘withstand technical scrutiny,’ ‘contained gaps,’ ‘conflicted with [itself],’ and was ‘user created and not machine/tool generated.”

So the Mueller investigation was a fraud from start to finish. Nothing but a waste of taxpayer dollars, and some very important people knew it all along…

Hillary has evaded jail time for years. Maybe there will be day that no one is above the law actually be true.

Another example of weak words used against Democrats! Surely Durham could have found a clearer, stronger word expression than “user-created”! Conservatives have got to learn to be more forceful while still sounding intelligent.

So the attorney is guilty and the client that hired him to do this scam, is not? Talk about one sided law and corruption. This is the maximum.

Hillary Clinton servers were they hacked before being relocated to New York ? Yes absolutely if you file under the fioa you will find Obama campaign servers were hacked into likewise Hillary servers were as well . The country of interest at the time secret service was lead on the investigation was of course China . Did the Hillary campaign know ? Yes they did so more questions crop up on the decision to transfer the servers makes people wonder just what was on the servers ? Also please look into this I accessed and read the fbi report on her severs no where does it state Hillary actually attended the pre-fbi briefing on cyber security and appropriate server handling she was required to attend before or after being sworn in as Secretary of State it was a two or three hour education training by the fbi did she attend or have others attend on her behalf ? It makes a very big difference .

House Republicans Subpoena DOJ for Records of Biden’s Interview with Special Counsel

Special Counsel Robert Hur determined that President Joe Biden not only mishandled classified documents, but he also declined to press charges against him because his advanced age and declining memory would influence a potential jury.

“Mr. Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote.

House Republicans have subpoenaed the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the interview transcripts, audio, notes and video files from Hur’s interview with Biden which transpired during the investigation.

“The Committees further seek to understand whether the White House or President Biden’s personal attorneys placed any limitations or scoping restrictions during the interviews with Special Counsel Hur or Mr. Mark Zwonitzer precluding or addressing any potential statements directly linking President Biden to troublesome foreign payments,” the lawmakers said in a subpoena cover letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“Special Counsel Hur’s report outlined that classified documents Joe Biden stashed for years relate to countries where his family cashed in on the Biden brand. We owe it to the American people to provide transparency and accountability about the extent of Joe Biden retaining sensitive materials and the concerns raised about his current mental state and fitness to be President of the United States,” Comer said in a statement. Comer, Jordan and Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R., Mo.) are leading the impeachment inquiry.

“Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents made two things clear: there’s a double standard of justice in this country and Joe Biden isn’t fit for office. The transcripts and materials from his investigation are critical to our oversight work,” Jordan stated.
