Well that was quick. Just two weeks into President Trump’s second term, one House representative has announced that he will bring forward articles of impeachment against the president. Axios reports, Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) said he plans to introduce articles of impeachment against President Trump, citing the president’s recent remarks on Gaza which Green gave his own spin on to spark outrage.
Green made the statement that “ethnic cleansing in Gaza is not a joke,” saying that President Trump alluded to such a terrible thing when in fact he did not. As is well known, however, the facts do not matter when it comes to their hostile mission against Trump.
“I rise to announce that the movement to impeach the president has begun,” Green added, as though it hadn’t already begun before Trump took office in January, which is highly likely. “I rise to announce that I will bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done.”
The articles are still “a work in progress,” however, according to Green’s spokesperson Teque’ila Lewis, who told Axios that Green will “publish everything for everyone at the same time.”

Despite Green’s effort to impeach Trump a third time, it does not appear to be getting much credence around the House. One senior House Democrat reportedly told Axios that Green’s articles of impeachment are not likely to “gain much traction.”
Still, Green apparently plans to push through, seemingly relying upon the unconditional hatred some Democrats have for President Trump that is a motivational force behind taking drastic measures, no matter the ill-will behind them.
“I also rise to say that the impeachment movement is going to be a grass up movement not a top down,” he added in his announcement.
“The people have to demand it,’ Green continued. “And when the people demand it, it will be done.”
Green is right; the people will get what they demand and what they have demanded is that President Trump be the one to lead America as they have put their trust in him to carry out the promises he has made to put America first and keep America safe.
Somehow Green finds pride in undermining the will of the American people as he boasted that he has done it before saying, “I laid the foundation for impeachment…and I know that it is time for us to lay the foundation again.”
I would call him a bone head but I’m sure there must be some air in there too… LOL Talk about a rabid hater, this guy epitomizes the type of thoughts that make me disgusted with the democrat voters. He’s right up there with Gov. Newsom for unbelievable ineptness. I am baffled as to how someone this full of hate could get elected to office in the great state of Texas and no I don’t live there. I wouldn’t mind it if it wasn’t for the weather.
