Former Clinton press secretary praises ‘brave clerk’ for ‘Hail Mary’ attempt in SCOTUS leak

Brian Fallon, former press secretary for Hillary Clinton, idolized who he speculated was a “brave clerk” who leaked the Supreme Court decision draft. The aftermath of the leak displays the difference between liberals and conservatives. Democrats are proud of the individual or individuals involved in the leak, and pushing to punish, bully and publicly protest the conservative members of the Supreme Court.

“Is a brave clerk taking this unprecedented step of leaking a draft opinion to warn the country what’s coming in a last-ditch Hail Mary attempt to see if the public response might cause the court to reconsider?” stated Fallon.

Conservative Justices have called for an investigation to figure out what exactly how the breach happened, and Republican lawmakers and legal analysts say the leaker broke the law. Liberals want to punish Supreme Court Justices for not agreeing with them, while conservatives want repercussions for a criminal. It’s that simple.

“SCOTUS leaks are good” Fallon continued. “Elite lawyers on both the left and right treating the Court as precious all these years have just been giving cover to an institution that is wholly unaccountable. rip the veil off” he concludes.

    Law clerk ? Should we truly rule out that we have an activist Supreme Justice that could have leaked ? . . . And, then what ?

    The Hail Mary set up was the leak at the same time that polls show Biden bleeding profusely with the young demographic. And what better way to get the young back in lock step than to lie about “reproductive rights” to all the mush brained young women who believe his nonsense? Forget that these young women will have a VOTE on abortion, that FACT doesn’t matter. Just getting them hysterically whipped up about being “forced” to have a child. Unbelievable. But here we are…..

    This Leak thing isnt even Real. Is the Roe vs Wade case up for review? On their docket? It doesn’t pass the smell test. Trying to hide other news like Phizer, 2000 mules, judges ruling against Clinton in Durham case….etc

Trump, Rep Biggs: invoking the Alien Enemies Act to enable widespread deportation will ‘be necessary’

At a recent rally in Iowa, former President Donald Trump promised that if elected again in 2024, he would invoke the Alien Enemies Act to enable widespread deportation of migrants who have illegally entered the United States. Since President Joe Biden took office in January of 2021, over 6 million people have illegally entered the country.

Republican Representative Andy Biggs from border state Arizona, which is among the states suffering the greatest consequences from the Biden administration policies, lamented that Trump’s suggestion will be “necessary.”

Speaking on the Just the News, No Noise” television show, Biggs stated “[I]t’s actually gonna have to be necessary.” Biggs then added his thoughts on how many more people will continue to cross the border under Biden: “Because by the time Trump gets back in office, you will have had over 10 million, in my opinion, over 10 million illegal aliens cross our border and come into the country, under the Biden regime.”

“And so when you start deporting people, and removing them from this country, what that does is that disincentivizes the tens of thousands of people who are coming,” Biggs went on. “And by the way, everyday down in Darién Gap, which is in Panama… over 5,000 people a day. [I] talk[ed] to one of my sources from the gap today. And I will just tell you, those people that you’ve seen come come in to Eagle Pass, over 7,000 in a three day period, most of those two weeks ago, were down crossing into the Darién Gap.”

“And those people… make their way up and they end up in the Eagle Pass [Texas], Del Rio area,” he continued. “So if you want to disincentivize them, you remove them from the country, which is why they remain in Mexico policy was so doggone effective at slowing down illegal border crossings.”
