President Joe Biden’s trip to Israel ended as quickly as it began. Unfortunately the liberal media sparked outrage when it immediately repeated a lie from the Hamas run Palestinian Health Ministry that a rocket from Israel hit a hospital and killed hundreds of people. As a result, Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas cancelled his meeting with President Biden and a call to protest and cause chaos globally was given to the Arab world.

President Joe Biden still had the courage to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli Cabinet. Biden also publicly stated that he “was outraged and saddened by the enormous life lost yesterday in the hospital in Gaza” but clearly stated “based on information we have seen today it appears the result of an errant rocket fired by a terrorist group in Gaza.”

Biden also said he asked Israel to give life-saving assistance to those in Gaza, and was rightly willing to blame Hamas for not receiving it previously: “Let me be clear, If Hamas diverts or steals the assistance, they will have demonstrated once again that they have no concern for the welfare of the Palestinian people, and it will end.”

The Iran-backed terror group Hezbollah vowed to ramp up its attacks against Israel after an Israeli  airstrike successfully eliminated its top commander Taleb Abdullah. Hezbollah immediately launched over 215 rockets, missiles and drones at northern Israel on Wednesday in what it says was a response to the airstrike the night before.

Hezbollah’s retaliation marks the largest attack it has carried out against Israel during ongoing fighting on the Lebanon border amid the war in the Gaza Strip. The Times of Israel reports that at a funeral procession in Beirut, senior Hezbollah official Hashem Safieddine said the group would increase the intensity, force and quantity of its operations against Israel.

“If the enemy is screaming and moaning about what happened to it in northern Palestine, let him prepare himself to cry and wail,” Safieddine said.

The Times of Israel reports:

Abdullah was behind numerous attacks on northern Israel in the past eight months, mostly against the city of Kiryat Shmona, and other towns and army positions in the Galilee Panhandle, Upper Galilee, and the Golan Heights area, the IDF said.

On Tuesday night, hours before being killed, Abdullah commanded a rocket barrage on the Kiryat Shmona area as Israelis gathered to celebrate Shavuot.

The military published footage of the Jouaiyya strike, as the commander and the three operatives had been gathered in a building for a meeting. All four were killed.

Abdullah was also considered by the IDF to be a “source of knowledge” with many years of experience in the terror group. Abdullah was involved in the 2005 attempted kidnapping in Ghajar, and in the 2006 Lebanon war, was the commander of the Bint Jbeil area, according to the military.
