CBS television is casting Former FBI Director James Comey’s memoir “A Higher Loyalty” for a television miniseries. The book delved into Comey’s idea of “ethical leadership,” while slamming President Trump, who fired him in May 2017.
Hollywood stars in the miniseries will include Jeff Daniels as Comey, and Brendan Gleeson as President Trump. Michael Kelly will play the role of fired Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, and there was no mention of who would possibly play the role of former CIA Director John Brennan.
Comey used his book to slam President Trump and elevate former President Barack Obama, as well as himself. In August, Comey accused President Trump of using his position to stir “radioactive racist soup” in a New York Times op-ed. He made similar claims in his book.
Slippery James Comey, a man who always ends up badly and out of whack (he is not smart!), will go down as the WORST FBI Director in history, by far!

The book was released as Comey’s cover for mishandling several investigations while serving in the FBI. As FBI Director, Comey allowed an unverified, salacious dossier to open an investigation into the President. Comey was also leaking information about President Trump he compiled in a series of memorandums. Further, his leadership oversaw the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server.
In August, the Justice Department Inspector General’s report revealed Comey ‘violated FBI policies. Moreover, Inspector General Michael Horowitz presented Comey as a ‘dangerous example’ for FBI leadership.
