“They’re four people and that’s how many votes they got,” Speaker Pelosi slammed the democratic socialist wing of her party for not supporting the border humanitarian aid bill in a New York Times interview.

“All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world,” Pelosi said.

It didn’t took long for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to fire back at Pelosi, saying in a series of tweets that “that public ‘whatever’ is called public sentiment…And wielding the power to shift it is how we actually achieve meaningful change in this country.”

AOC also addressed the use of social media calling out Nancy Pelosi and other old democrats for preferring to “spend millions of [dollars] on [fire] to run TV ads so people can see their message.”
