Biden administration now encouraging ‘door-to-door outreach’ for the unvaccinated

After President Biden failed to reach his goal of a 70% vaccination rate by July 4th, he’s now threatening to send officials door-to-door to get more people vaccinated. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki also confirmed it as one of his official tactics.

First, Psaki prepped the press before Biden’s announcement. “The President will outline five areas his team is focused on to get more Americans vaccinated,” Psaki said early Tuesday. “One, targeted, community by community door-to-door outreach to get remaining Americans vaccinated.”

Then, Biden followed through and presented his strategy to the public. “Now we need to go to community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood, and often times door to door— literally knocking on doors to get people vaccinated,” Biden said Tuesday.
