O’Rourke’s home state of Texas has second highest number of delegates up for grabs in Tuesday’s primary. O’Rourke, himself, dropped out of the race in November, 2019. During a rally Monday, however, Biden said it wouldn’t be the last time voters “see this guy.”
Beto O'Rourke campaigned on confiscating Americans' guns by force if necessary.

“You’re gonna take care of the gun problem with me. You’re gonna be the one who leads this effort. I’m counting on you, I’m counting on you. We need you badly, the state needs you, the country needs you, you’re the best,” Biden said.
