Former President Barack Obama posted an ornery video in the early hours at 3am of a phone call the two made to Harris to give their endorsement. “Michelle and I couldn’t be prouder to endorse you” Harris listened to Barack say on speaker phone. “That means so much to me” she responded.
The call was just under a minute long and begins with the phone being handed to Harris with the couple on speaker phone: “hi! you’re both together” Harris answers. Michelle tells her “girl Kamala” that she is so “proud” of her and that “this is going to be historic.”
“I am looking forward to doing this with the two of you” Harris states.
