Arizona witnesses believe election was plagued by FRAUD, as Trump team FIGHTS for investigations

Members of President Donald Trump’s legal team have been fighting an election battle few could have ever imagined in the United States. Trump’s personal lawyer and friend Rudy Giuliani, Constitutional lawyer and expert Jenna Ellis are among numerous lawyers, attempting to prove what they say was obvious voter fraud in the 2020 General Election.

They are not only struggling to do so in the courts but they are battling major media organizations that want nothing more than to move forward and have already accepted that former Vice President Joe Biden is now the President-elect of the United States. During Monday’s hearing, Arizona Republican Gov. Doug Ducey certified the election in his state for Biden.

To say it is was frustrating for these lawyers, as they faced such a daunting task, is an understatement.

“Governor Ducey of Arizona refuses to meet with me. He doesn’t want to explain that he selected a foreign corrupt Voting Machine company to count the vote,” said Giuliani on Twitter Monday. “I understand his reluctance, but just call a special session. Let’s find out how crooked your election really was?”

Ellis pointed out that the State Legislature can put a stop to it because it has the authority to “to take back the proper selection of delegates.”

“The certification of Arizona’s FALSE results is unethical and knowingly participating in the corruption that has disenfranchised AZ voters,” she stated on Twitter.

In Arizona, Giuliani and Ellis presented witnesses that laid out compelling arguments for what they say are inexplicable irregularities and surges in the ballot count.

The Governor’s decision to certify the election drew the ire of Trump who lashed back stating that Ducey “betrayed the people of Arizona.”

“Why is he rushing to put a Democrat in office?” stated Trump, referencing the ongoing hearing with Giuliani, Ellis and members of Arizona’s state legislature. “Especially when so many horrible things concerning voter fraud are being revealed at the hearing going on right now.”

At the hearing, Giuliani asked the Republican-run Legislature to throw out the results of the election and for the state legislature to take control of the 11 electoral votes, saying “in your state, a lot of the fraud had to do with the mail-in system as it did in other places.”

His arguments appeared to fall on deaf ears as local news outlets attempted to refute the irregularities and challenged the voter fraud allegations by saying there was no actual proof shown.

I guess my question would be how can Trump’s team show proof if they don’t have the authority to investigate the actual allegations?

The witnesses presented some seriously compelling arguments that I absolutely believe must be investigated regardless of the outcome.

First, one of the top expert witnesses Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, a world-renowned scientist, presented the most compelling data at the hearing. He explained the only way for Joe Biden to have statistically caught up with Donald Trump was if Democrat votes came in at 130% for Biden and negative 30% for Trump. An almost absolute improbability, he added.

Ayyadurai, who holds a Ph.D. in pattern analysis from MIT, said that after studying the pattern of voting in Arizona’s Maricopa County, he found the numbers “highly implausible.”

“I find it highly implausible,” said Ayyadurai, referring to the data that led to Biden’s victory.

Moreover, another highly credible witness was retired Army Col. Phil Waldron,. He is a cybersecurity expert and he detailed to the State Legislatures what he said was inherent insecurities and potential for fraud in the controversial Dominion Voting System machines used in Maricopa County. Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, who also represents former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, is taking Dominion Voting Systems to court, alleging that the system itself is compromised and set up for fraud. Dominion officials have definitively denied the allegations publicly.

Waldron told the legislatures during the hearing that the machines were extremely susceptible to being hacked.

Waldron also alleged that a Maricopa County official said the county did not validate signatures on some ballots, creating a “1.9 million vote fraud potential.” Waldron also discussed a claim from a witness in Pima County, who said the votes were “embedded” in various precincts – to hide the cheating – but to give Biden win.

“What I take from your testimony, Colonel, is that 35,000 votes were embedded to each Democratic candidate in Pima County, the allegation by the gentleman who hasn’t given us an affidavit,” said Giuliani, adding that they weren’t yet able to validate the claims.

SaraACarter.com has seen the claims made by the witness to the DOJ’s criminal division. In an email sent by the witness, they informed the DOJ that during a meeting with on September 10th, in Pima County, Arizona, personnel with the Democratic Party working on the election discussed detailed plans to embed roughly 35,000 votes in a ‘spread configured distribution’ to each Democrat candidate’s vote totals,” the source stated.

“When I asked “how in the world will 35,000 be kept hidden or from being discovered”, it was stated that “spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered voter range and will not exceed the registered voter count, and the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima County based on our county registered voter count,” according to the information received by the DOJ’s criminal division.

“It was also stated that ‘total voter turnout versus total registered voters determine how many votes we can embed. The embedding will auto adjust based on voter turn-out,” according to the document I obtained.

Another expert witness, Bobby Piton, testified that he absolutely believes the numbers in Arizona are fraudulent based on the data: “I would have never, ever certified. I’d rather resign than have certified those results…I believe they are fraudulent based on the data… I’d be willing to put my life on it.”

He referenced the unusually high number of registered voters 95-99% of “voted” in key demographics and counties according to official government data. Those numbers, he said, were not consistent with reality or past election totals.

Arizona votes az v11 spike chart

Witness after witness testified that the voter irregularities with the general election in Arizona were not only irregular but should not have been certified without a proper investigation.

In fact, another expert witness said the Arizona vote counters thought they were finished counting when multiple truckloads of ballots would show up days later, stating that the irregularity was never investigated.

In another instance, a witnesses from Voter Integrity Fund played phone calls of residents from the state saying they did not request mail-in-ballots but yet apparently it appeared as though someone had requested the ballots in their name.

These allegations are all very serious if you believe that every legal vote must count.

Either way, the majority of Americans never saw the hearing or heard the expert witnesses. Many major media outlets refused to play any part of the hearing because they have already come to terms with the belief that Biden is the next president.

The tragedy is that the questions raised by witnesses all across the country are serious and rip at the foundation of the republic. Our nation will not survive the way our founding fathers intended if our election system is corrupted by fraud in any way, shape or form.

Isn’t it better that we know the truth? Isn’t an investigation the right thing to do? This isn’t about President Trump or Biden, this is about our nation’s future and whether or not we can preserve it for future generations.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. announced Tuesday that attorney and tech entrepreneur Nicole Shanahan will be his vice presidential running mate in the upcoming election. The Independent candidate announced his choice for the 38-year-old Oakland, California native by praising her insight into “how Big Tech uses AI to manipulate the public,” her athletic ability, and willingness to be a “partner” in a number of policy areas, including on securing the border.

Fox News writes that Shanahan is a philanthropist with a long history of donating to Democrat and left-leaning causes, including supporting President Biden in his 2020 election bid before switching to Kennedy when he launched his own run for the Democrat nomination last year.

She is the founder and president of Bia-Echo Foundation, a private firm that describes its mission as focused on “new frontiers in reproductive longevity & equality, criminal justice reform and a healthy & livable planet.”

Fox News reports Shanahan initially dropped her support for Kennedy after he decided to run as an independent, but later got behind him again by giving $4 million to the super PAC that boosted his candidacy with a John F. Kennedy-themed campaign ad that ran during the Super Bowl in February.

Shanahan also previously donated to Democrat presidential candidates Marianne Williamson and Pete Buttigieg during the 2020 presidential race, and threw more than $150,000 behind progressive Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon’s 2020 election bid.

Shanahan, a life-long Democrat, told the crowd that she was leaving the party.

“The Democratic Party is supposed to be the party of compassion. It is supposed to be the party of free speech, and most importantly, the party of the middle class and the American dream,” Shanahan said.

“While I know many Democrats still abide by those values…I do believe they’ve lost their way in their leadership,” she continued.

And she urged “disillusioned” Democrats and Republicans to support Kennedy’s independent White House bid.
