Arizona witnesses believe election was plagued by FRAUD, as Trump team FIGHTS for investigations

Members of President Donald Trump’s legal team have been fighting an election battle few could have ever imagined in the United States. Trump’s personal lawyer and friend Rudy Giuliani, Constitutional lawyer and expert Jenna Ellis are among numerous lawyers, attempting to prove what they say was obvious voter fraud in the 2020 General Election.

They are not only struggling to do so in the courts but they are battling major media organizations that want nothing more than to move forward and have already accepted that former Vice President Joe Biden is now the President-elect of the United States. During Monday’s hearing, Arizona Republican Gov. Doug Ducey certified the election in his state for Biden.

To say it is was frustrating for these lawyers, as they faced such a daunting task, is an understatement.

“Governor Ducey of Arizona refuses to meet with me. He doesn’t want to explain that he selected a foreign corrupt Voting Machine company to count the vote,” said Giuliani on Twitter Monday. “I understand his reluctance, but just call a special session. Let’s find out how crooked your election really was?”

Ellis pointed out that the State Legislature can put a stop to it because it has the authority to “to take back the proper selection of delegates.”

“The certification of Arizona’s FALSE results is unethical and knowingly participating in the corruption that has disenfranchised AZ voters,” she stated on Twitter.

In Arizona, Giuliani and Ellis presented witnesses that laid out compelling arguments for what they say are inexplicable irregularities and surges in the ballot count.

The Governor’s decision to certify the election drew the ire of Trump who lashed back stating that Ducey “betrayed the people of Arizona.”

“Why is he rushing to put a Democrat in office?” stated Trump, referencing the ongoing hearing with Giuliani, Ellis and members of Arizona’s state legislature. “Especially when so many horrible things concerning voter fraud are being revealed at the hearing going on right now.”

At the hearing, Giuliani asked the Republican-run Legislature to throw out the results of the election and for the state legislature to take control of the 11 electoral votes, saying “in your state, a lot of the fraud had to do with the mail-in system as it did in other places.”

His arguments appeared to fall on deaf ears as local news outlets attempted to refute the irregularities and challenged the voter fraud allegations by saying there was no actual proof shown.

I guess my question would be how can Trump’s team show proof if they don’t have the authority to investigate the actual allegations?

The witnesses presented some seriously compelling arguments that I absolutely believe must be investigated regardless of the outcome.

First, one of the top expert witnesses Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, a world-renowned scientist, presented the most compelling data at the hearing. He explained the only way for Joe Biden to have statistically caught up with Donald Trump was if Democrat votes came in at 130% for Biden and negative 30% for Trump. An almost absolute improbability, he added.

Ayyadurai, who holds a Ph.D. in pattern analysis from MIT, said that after studying the pattern of voting in Arizona’s Maricopa County, he found the numbers “highly implausible.”

“I find it highly implausible,” said Ayyadurai, referring to the data that led to Biden’s victory.

Moreover, another highly credible witness was retired Army Col. Phil Waldron,. He is a cybersecurity expert and he detailed to the State Legislatures what he said was inherent insecurities and potential for fraud in the controversial Dominion Voting System machines used in Maricopa County. Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, who also represents former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, is taking Dominion Voting Systems to court, alleging that the system itself is compromised and set up for fraud. Dominion officials have definitively denied the allegations publicly.

Waldron told the legislatures during the hearing that the machines were extremely susceptible to being hacked.

Waldron also alleged that a Maricopa County official said the county did not validate signatures on some ballots, creating a “1.9 million vote fraud potential.” Waldron also discussed a claim from a witness in Pima County, who said the votes were “embedded” in various precincts – to hide the cheating – but to give Biden win.

“What I take from your testimony, Colonel, is that 35,000 votes were embedded to each Democratic candidate in Pima County, the allegation by the gentleman who hasn’t given us an affidavit,” said Giuliani, adding that they weren’t yet able to validate the claims.

SaraACarter.com has seen the claims made by the witness to the DOJ’s criminal division. In an email sent by the witness, they informed the DOJ that during a meeting with on September 10th, in Pima County, Arizona, personnel with the Democratic Party working on the election discussed detailed plans to embed roughly 35,000 votes in a ‘spread configured distribution’ to each Democrat candidate’s vote totals,” the source stated.

“When I asked “how in the world will 35,000 be kept hidden or from being discovered”, it was stated that “spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered voter range and will not exceed the registered voter count, and the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima County based on our county registered voter count,” according to the information received by the DOJ’s criminal division.

“It was also stated that ‘total voter turnout versus total registered voters determine how many votes we can embed. The embedding will auto adjust based on voter turn-out,” according to the document I obtained.

Another expert witness, Bobby Piton, testified that he absolutely believes the numbers in Arizona are fraudulent based on the data: “I would have never, ever certified. I’d rather resign than have certified those results…I believe they are fraudulent based on the data… I’d be willing to put my life on it.”

He referenced the unusually high number of registered voters 95-99% of “voted” in key demographics and counties according to official government data. Those numbers, he said, were not consistent with reality or past election totals.

Witness after witness testified that the voter irregularities with the general election in Arizona were not only irregular but should not have been certified without a proper investigation.

In fact, another expert witness said the Arizona vote counters thought they were finished counting when multiple truckloads of ballots would show up days later, stating that the irregularity was never investigated.

In another instance, a witnesses from Voter Integrity Fund played phone calls of residents from the state saying they did not request mail-in-ballots but yet apparently it appeared as though someone had requested the ballots in their name.

These allegations are all very serious if you believe that every legal vote must count.

Either way, the majority of Americans never saw the hearing or heard the expert witnesses. Many major media outlets refused to play any part of the hearing because they have already come to terms with the belief that Biden is the next president.

The tragedy is that the questions raised by witnesses all across the country are serious and rip at the foundation of the republic. Our nation will not survive the way our founding fathers intended if our election system is corrupted by fraud in any way, shape or form.

Isn’t it better that we know the truth? Isn’t an investigation the right thing to do? This isn’t about President Trump or Biden, this is about our nation’s future and whether or not we can preserve it for future generations.

GOP bill proposes extra measures to ensure noncitizens are unable to vote in federal elections

GOP members of both the U.S. House and Senate introduced a bill to add safeguards to ensure that non U.S. citizens who are already prohibited from voting in federal elections, do not do so. The bill seeks to amend the National Voter Registration Act to require documentary proof of United States citizenship to register to vote.

The Center Square reports that It would require states to obtain proof of citizenship – in person – when registering an individual to vote. Applicants would have to provide proof of citizenship when they register to vote in person, when applying for a motor vehicle license, and when applying to vote by mail. The bill lists accepted citizenship documentation and requirements for voter registration agencies.

U.S. Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, led a coalition of 49 Republicans to introduce the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act in the U.S. House. U.S. Sen. Mike Lee of Utah, with several cosponsors, introduced the same bill in the Senate.

Citing the border crisis and the greatest number of foreign nationals illegally entering the country in U.S. history, the measure’s supporters expressed alarm that instead of being deported, many are being registered to vote.

“There is currently an unprecedented and a clear and present danger to the integrity of our election system,” House Speaker Mike Johnson said. “And that is the threat of non-citizens and illegal aliens voting in our elections. In the last five and a half months or so, I’ve been to over 101 cities doing events all around the country in more than half the states. The first or second question that I’m asked in every public forum is about election security. Americans are deeply concerned about this. And it doesn’t matter where you live or whether you’re in a blue state or a red state, everyone’s concerned.”

Johnson blamed President Joe Biden and his administration’s policies for for what he described as widespread concern about election integrity.

“… we now have so many non-citizens in the country that if only one out of 100 of those voted, they would cast hundreds of thousands of votes,” the speaker added. “And since our elections are so razor thin in these days that we’re in, just a few precincts in a few states decide the makeup of Congress and who is elected to the White House. This is a dangerously high number, and it’s a great concern to millions and millions of Americans. It could obviously change the outcome of our elections, and this is not an empty threat or concern.”

It is already a federal crime for non-citizens to vote in a federal election. Despite this, Johnson said, “no current mechanism to ensure only those registering or voting are actually citizens. … If a nefarious actor wants to intervene in our elections, all they have to do is check a box on a form and sign their name. That’s it. That’s all that’s required. And there’s a very small chance that illegal would get caught [because] states do not have the election infrastructure in place to confirm what they’ve said.”

Johnson said noncitizens “can simply go to their local welfare office or the DMV and register to vote there,” adding that “states are currently prohibited from asking someone to prove that they’re a citizen when they use the federal voter registration form.”

He also gave examples of “a growing number of localities” that are “blurring the lines for non-citizens by allowing them to vote in municipal local elections.

“You might not know this, but non-citizens are voting,” he warned Americans. “Democrats have expressed a desire to turn on citizens and voters. That’s what this open border has been all about.”

Roy said the proposed SAVE Act “would thwart Democrat efforts to cement one-party rule by upholding and strengthening current law that permits only U.S. citizens to vote in Federal elections.”

Lee said the bill should “pass right away” and unanimously in both houses of Congress. “The only reason to oppose this … would be if you want noncitizens to vote.”

It also would create a new program requiring the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration to share information with state registration systems. States would be required to identify noncitizens attempting to register to vote by accessing data in DHS’ Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program and the SSA’s Social Security Number Verification Service. The information would be compared with data from state agencies that supply state identification cards or driver’s licenses.

The bill also would require states to remove non-citizens from existing voter rolls and increases federal penalties for those who register non-citizens to vote in federal elections.
